This is the perfect role for high school or college students, young adults, or anyone looking for a high-energy "side hustle" or second job(We are happy to work around high school and college sports or class schedules!).

What the Job Looks Like:

• The Schedule: Mostly weekends (Friday evening – Sunday evening). Weekday shifts are also available during the busy summer months!

• The Environment: No desks, no fluorescent lights. You’ll spend about 50% of your time on the road and 50% of your time on-site setting up fun for our customers.

• The Pay: Starting at $12/hour + tips! (Our customers are great, and tips can significantly boost your take-home pay).

We believe in rewarding reliability and leadership. We offer a tiered pay scale based on your responsibilities:

• Crew Assistant ($12/hr + tips): No driver’s license? No problem. Start as an assistant/loader, learn our safety protocols, and help us execute perfect setups.

• Lead Driver (Pay Increase!): Once you’ve "learned the ropes" and demonstrated you are a safe, trustworthy team member, you can graduate to a Driver role. Employees who are cleared to operate our box trucks receive an immediate hourly pay bump.

Requirements & Perks:

• No Experience Required: We provide full, paid training on safety and setup.

• Box Truck Training: 10ft box truck experience is a plus, but we are willing to train promising candidates who have a clean driving record.

• Active Work: Perfect if you enjoy staying active and working outdoors.
